Dear Settlers,

Many of you have had problems with the adventures, buying them in the shop and wondering why you were not getting any eggs.

Make sure you follow the main adventure chain you recieve in your quest book (top left hand corner) as you will get your eggs via these. Once you have finished an adventure you will have to wait one hour before you get the next adventure in the chain.

The adventures you can buy in the shop are here for players who have stopped or abandoned the main Easter egg adventure before it was over and need to start that specific adventure again. If you have finished the adventure or are not yet on that stage of the adventure, buying it through the shop and doing it will not give you any eggs.

If you have spent gold coins on adventures in the shop these last few days, do not worry! We will refund you the gold that was spent on them some time next week.

Easter has just ended, but the children have missed lots of eggs and they are still hidden in The Settlers Online!

This Thursday (12/04/2012) we will implement our new Spring Event (the old Easter Event) during the night time maintenance. So as soon as the servers are back online you will be able to start looking for those forgotten eggs and finding out all about the new features and adventures we have been waiting for these past few weeks.

Dear Settlers,

As you may know, the implementation of the Easter Event on the German servers has caused major bugs and problems over there and has motivated us to postpone the event for our version of the game.

I have both bad and good news for you now... And as I believe in getting the painful part finished as fast as possible, here goes.

The bad news is that we have decided to postpone the Easter Event once again and we hope to get it up and running as soon as possible.

But on the other hand here is the good news:

• We are working very hard on fixing the issues we have and we have already solved some of the major bugs and will be adding these fixes to the German version tomorrow to see how it works.
• The event will still last as long as it was originally planned, so you'll be able to get a really good chance at getting loads of Easter eggs!
• We will be sending you extra presents when the event starts to compensate you for the delay.

Again I would like to apologize about this situation. Postponing the event was a very hard decision for us, but in view of the German player's feedback we think that this is the best possible solution. 

We will keep you updated as regularly as possible on the problems and we hope to be able to enjoy this event with you very soon!

Dear Settlers,

As announced previously, on Tuesday the Easter Event was released in the German server. The German users immediately faced a lot of important bugs.

Since then, the developers have worked very hard to solve the bugs in order to be able to launch the Easter Event tomorrow (Thursday March 28th) in the English version.
Unfortunately, some bugs remain unsolved tonight.

We are truly sad to announce that we have decided to postpone the Easter Event to Thursday next week (April 5th) so that you don't suffer from the same issues than the German players.

Please understand that we were all very excited to share with you so many new features. This decision is also difficult for us.
We hope that you understand that making sure you have the best game experience possible is really important for us.
