We are holding the third and last phase of our Ubisoft online infrastructure tests on October 29th – 12 to 6am GMT. As a result, we expect that all of Ubisoft’s online features and services will be unavailable for a few hours. During this time, players may experience disconnection from the multiplayer portions of their games and the inability to reconnect to them or to other Ubisoft online features and services. (Single player and offline play should still be available, minus leaderboards.)

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure and ensure the best possible experience for players this holiday season.

Dear Settlers,

Weekly maintenance for this week will take place on Tuesday.

• Worlds: All (1-3) closed 
• Start: Tuesday, October 28th at approx. 01:15am GMT
• End: Tuesday, October 28th at approx. 08:00am GMT
• Adventures & Premium: Time will be extended 
• Guild quests: Will be reset

All active guild members will receive 100 Guild Coins.
The Guild Coins will be sent via an in-game message during the maintenance.

• Task: Create high load by testing the PvP feature

If the server load was high, a gift package will be sent on Friday to all regular game accounts of all language versions that have been active this week.
