UPDATE 13.25 GMT: Everything is now working as intended.

We are experiencing loading issues on Newfoundland that can result in a Server Busy message.
The Chat Server may also become unavailable.
Our IT Team are working to get everything running as soon as possible.

UPDATE 17.30 GMT: The issue was solved successfully and everuthing is now working as intended.
Thank you again for your patience and your reports!

UPDATE 16.25 GMT: The server was up and running, but our IT Team is trying a fix so chat servers are currently unavailable.
More updates will follow when this is done.

UPDATE 15.35 GMT: The initial loading issues (Server Busy message) are happening again and have been reported.

UPDATE 15.25 GMT: The chat server appears to be unavailable again. IT are still looking into the issue.

UPDATE 15.10 GMT: The chat server was restarted so everything should be working as intended at this time.
In case you are still experiencing issues, you can report here.

UPDATE 14.25 GMT: The game is now loading as intended, but there are still issues with the chat server. We are still investigating.

We are currently experiencing some loading issues on Newfoundland.
As a result, you may not be able to load your zone or you may be getting a Server Busy message.
