Dear Settlers,

UPDATE 19.20 BST: Sandycove is now also up and running. This concludes today's maintenance. Thank you again for your patience!

UPDATE 19.00 BST: Dear Sandycovers, your server is still down for now and we are working on getting it back online as soon as possible. It should not take longer than another hour, so new ETA: 20.00 BST.

UPDATE 18.00 BST: ETA for world 3 is now 19.00 BST. Premium and Adventure time will be extended.

UPDATE 17.00 BST: World 2 is now up and running as well. We still need more time for World 3. ETA is now 18.00 BST. Premium and Adventure time will be extended.

UPDATE 15.00 BST: World 1 is up and running. However, we need more time for World 2 and 3. ETA is now 17.00 BST. Premium and Adventure time will be extended.

UPDATE 13.00 BST: Unfortunately more time is needed still. ETA is now 15.00 BST. Premium and Adventure time will be extended.

UPDATE 11.50 AM: The maintenance is still ongoing. The ETA has been pushed to 13.00 BST.

UPDATE 10.50 AM: New ETA: 12.00 (noon) BST. As a side-effect of trying to speed things up, some of you might still get some Stripy egg collectibles. They will not show up anymore after the next collectible refresh.

UPDATE 9.20 AM: We have an ETA: The servers should be up and running at approx. 11.00 AM BST. Thank you for the patience!

UPDATE 8.50 AM: As you can see, the maintenance is taking longer than expected.
We will post more updates as soon as possible.

Weekly maintenance for this week will take place on Tuesday.

UPDATE 15.50: Still no ETA at this point but rest assured, our technicians are still on it and you will get an update as soon as we have more info. Thank you again for the patience!

UPDATE 13.30: We still don't have any info at this point on when the maintenance will be finished. We appreciate your patience and we will get back to you as soon as we have any news.

UPDATE 11.40 AM: At this time we are unable to estimate when the maintenance will be finished, but it's still ongoing.

UPDATE 9.30 AM: We still don't have an end time for the maintenance, but premium and adventure time will be extended.

UPDATE 9.00 AM: The maintenance script is taking longer than expected.
We don't have an ETA on the time remaining, but we will update you again as soon as we have more info.

The Easter Event 2015 "Removal Phase I" started on Tuesday morning. We received reports of several Easter-Quest-related issues. With a special maintenance today, all Easter Quests will be deactivated.

• Day: Wednesday, the 8th of April
• Time: 14:00 - 16:00 BST
• Game: Will be unavailable during the mentioned time span
• Adventure / Premium time: Will be extended

160 Stripy Eggs will be sent to active players.
Easter Quest Achievements will get unlocked for affected players.
