25.11.2025Migration of the Payment System BR, DE, ES & PL (done)
Dear Settlers,
Throughout the day, we will migrate additional regions to CipSoft's own payment system, MultiPayer:
- Brazil (done)
- Germany (done)
- Poland (done)
- Spain (done)
During the installation work, the shop will be temporarily unavailable for a few minutes. Afterwards, you will be able to use the shop as usual.
You will see that not much has changed. You will find the shop in the same place on the website as before, and you will be guided through the payment process step-by-step, as well. All previously available payment methods will remain available. Local payment options may be found under aggregators such as Adyen, Paymentwall, and Xsolla.

As mentioned previously, we are currently switching all regions step by step to CipSoft's own payment system, MultiPayer.

- United States of America (done)

Dear Settlers,
On Monday, November 24, we will perform maintenance work between 09:00 and 10:00 (CET). During this time, all worlds in the following locations will be offline:
- Germany (DE)

- United Kingdom (UK)
- Italy (IT)
- Netherlands (NL)
- Romania (RO)
The reason for the downtime is that we are going to restore mails that have been lost ingame due to the migrations.
