We informed you some time ago that the login process for our Uplay accounts had undergone a few changes.
You need to use the e-mail address that is assigned to your Uplay account to log in, you can no longer use a nickname.
If you have forgotten the e-mail address that was attached to your Uplay account and are still having issues connecting to the game, please contact our support: account.support@thesettlersonline.com

Dear Settlers,
We invite you to join and try out our new game version on our Test Server on Friday April 5th between 12.00 and 15.00 BST.

There is a high possibility that our test server will be full during this time period. Beyond 5000 players, you will be placed in a queue.

Our payment provider is currently facing some technical issues.
As a result, some payment options are not available right now.
If you received an error message after purchasing gems in the store, do not panic, nothing will be charged.
SMS and phone payment options are still working.
Our payment provider is currently investigating, these options should be back online soon.

Dear Settlers,
Please note that Uplay accounts will undergo a planned maintenance on Wednesday April 3rd, at 09am London time.
The maintenance is estimated to last approximately 1 hour.
For the duration of the maintenance, it will not be possible to log in to our websites, free-to-play games, Uplay PC and forums but users already logged in will remain connected.
