This service agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which CipSoft GmbH, Prüfeninger Straße 20, 93049 offers you "Paid Services" forRegensburg, Germany ("CipSoft") the game The Settlers Online ("Game"). It is an amendment to the Terms of Service you have agreed to when you created your account.

Paid Services

Gems are a virtual currency used to purchase exclusive products in the ingame store. CipSoft reserves the right to add, modify or remove these exclusive products or to change their prices at any time. Gems are not transferable between accounts.

Fees

All fees for Paid Services must be paid in advance. They are non- refundable, in whole or in part – apart from your right of withdrawal (see below). Current fees are disclosed during the checkout process. CipSoft reserves the right to change fees and payment methods at any time. Changes to fees will only affect purchases made after the new fees are announced.

Termination and Limitation

If your account is terminated or not used for a period of four years, all unused Paid Services will be cancelled, and no fees will be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the Agreement, without giving any reason, unless the corresponding service has already been used. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform CipSoft of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall refund to you the payment received from you without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
